We’ve been to Virginia Beach on a number of occasions and we certainly looked forward to a relaxing weekend pre-Halloween.  As travel journalists we expect to ‘work’ anytime we travel—even when we travel to see family.  That’s the nature of our job.  However this weekend we had determined to just relax and listen to the sound of ocean waves.  Our friend Lori invited us to share her in her 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 2-story ocean front 18^th floor penthouse so we envisioned savoring wine and the views from any of the 4 balconies.
