There is a fusion between cuisine and culture so in celebration of Spain’s World Cup victory (and Paul the octopus’ perfect predictions), we are sharing a delicious Spanish recipe from famed Chef Jose Pizarro’s new cookbook, Seasonal Spanish Food.
