LEGACY SHOW: A conversation with Peter Greenberg from the US-Africa Summit

This broadcast is a favorite legacy show that we produced under our old name Travel’n On and before re-branding as WORLD FOOTPRINTS. Tonya and Ian enjoy a conversation with CBS Travel Editor, Peter Greenberg.  Peter dropped by to join our live broadcast during the US-Africa Summit.

Peter Greenberg is the Travel Editor for CBS News and can be seen on “CBS This Morning,” “CBS Evening News,” and “CBS Sunday Morning.” He is known in the travel business as “The Travel Detective.” Additionally, every week a different area in the world serves as the location for his weekly national radio programme, “CBS EYE ON TRAVEL.”

Greenberg, the host of the public television programme “The Travel Detective with Peter Greenberg,” is the ultimate insider when it comes to covering the travel industry as news. The series features more than 40 half-hour episodes that aim to enlighten viewers about travel-related news, essential knowledge, insider secrets known only to a restricted group of people, and undiscovered gem locations not covered in traditional guidebooks or brochures.

Greenberg was listed by Travel Weekly as one of the most influential persons in the industry.
